Pomelado Orange Wine 2022

Orange wine is produced through an ancient process that sees the wine receive skin contact, in this case between 10 and 14 days, during fermentation. This imparts greater flavour, colour and texture to white wines than is typically sought. This example shows robust, vibrant tropical fruit, apple and nuts. It will be great with sushi or grilled salmon.
