Primo Monte Skin Fermented Natural Wine 2023

Although made from white wine grapes, this ‘orange wine’ is fermented like a red wine, with extended time on the skins. It offers juicy nectarine and peach, dried apricot, pine nut, pressed flowers and binned apple notes, with sprinklings of subtle spices. Especially fine with flavourful shellfish or blue cheeses.
