Diamanti Grillo is a harmonious wine from the mineral-rich lands of Butera, Sicily. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks and rests on its lees for up to six months. Expect fresh citrus fruit notes with pineapple and hints of mint. Crisp and refreshing with good minerality. It pairs well with fish and pasta dishes.
