Product Details
An unconventional blend in which Sémillon is complemented by Viognier, Chardonnay, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. Curiously, the nose doesn’t explode with heady aromas. Instead, it shows a subtle, savoury side first then opens slowly. The palate, conversely, is very expressive, packing a range of flavours – from white peach and melon to citrus zest and orange blossom. A fleshy number that cleverly holds the drinker’s attention. [This wine received an average score of 90 points at the 2021 National Wine Awards of Canada. Michaela Morris was one of the judges at the competition.] Score – 89.
