Radford Dale Chardonnay 2021

One of the best Radford Dale Chardonnays I’ve had in a while, this impressive, pithy, low-alcohol 2021 comes from two types of decomposed granite in the Polkadraai Hills and the Lower Helderberg. Showing subtle struck match reduction, it’s a chiselled, focused, subtly wooded white with lemongrass and wet stone flavours and lovely energy and vibrancy. Drink date: 2022-2027. Score – 94.
