Ravine Chardonnay 2022

This Chardonnay brings together fruit from three different Niagara-on-the-Lake sub-appellations, each of which plays a role in shaping the character of the wine: richness from St. David’s Bench, vibrant acidity and minerality from Niagara Lakeshore, and delicate floral notes from Four Mile Creek. The wine evokes baked apple, lemon, dried apricot and spices and will pair well with herb-crusted pork chops or creamy fettuccine alfredo.
