This wine is sourced from vines ranging from 9 to 15 years old and was fermented in stainless steel and oak, resulting in great fruit purity and an engaging textural depth. Look for lifted florals, tropical fruit, orange citrus, and a characterful grassy note. Crisp and refreshing, it’s perfect for sipping but will also pair with salmon. Drink through 2028.
