Red Tractor Chardonnay 2021

Proper, clean and crisp for the sort of chardonnay you pour to the uninitiated and explain what comes from Niagara. Dictionary entry for the Peninsula with some barrel touch, a faint candied apple feel, maturity and even a wisp of residual CO2. Fresh enough, chewy and buttery all at the same time. Drink 2025-2026.
