Redstone began as a spinoff of Niagara’s iconic Tawse Winery. This Chardonnay is balanced and floral, with apple, pear, apricot, spice, toast, hazelnut, butter, and a fine mineral note. Try it with creamy seafood dishes or a vegetarian lasagna. Drink through 2026.
