This wine is sourced from parcels planted in 1968 and 1985 on the slopes of Couverte, Vaupulent and Côte de Fontenay in Fourchaume. It’s bright and fresh, with tangy lemon, honeysuckle and toast. A taut, refined wine with superb character and definition. The producer suggests enjoying this alongside grilled prawns with tomato and feta cheese.
