Rings Riesling Trocken 2021

Riesling has long been Germany’s most successful grape and is synonymous with the cool-climate Mosel, but those made in Pfalz, which is slightly warmer and drier, have always been riper, richer and more concentrated (more Alsatian) in expression and style. This one is bright and refreshing, with apple, pear and citrus. Try it with pork chops, seafood or baked eggplant.
