Light and likeable, this wine is made with a touch of spritz to give it a little extra joyful exuberance; not enough to mow sparkling’s lawn, but more than sufficient to give your palate a delightful little tickle. It shows lime, grapefruit, lemon, peach, tropical fruit and a mouth-watering, racy acidity. The hint of residual sugar makes it ideal for spicy sushi, veggie kebabs, or salty cheeses.
