Product Details
This wine is fermented in stainless steel, with a small portion undergoing arrested fermentation (which halts fermentation and keeps a dash of residual sugar) while the rest is fermented dry. The blended wine is aged on the lees in stainless steel for eight months. The result is a juicy, bright, fresh wine with apple, grapefruit, pear, citrus and notable Twenty Mile minerality. Drink through 2030+.
