Rosewood Sauvignon Blanc 2021

This wonderfully complex Savvy was fermented in neutral French oak and matured 18 months on the lees, then bottled without fining or filtration. It offers notions of ripe green fruit, citrus peel, pressed flowers and savoury herbs and has the capacity to evolve through 2030 and beyond.
