Rotem & Mounir is the banner for wines of the Southern Rhône Valley produced by the power couple behind Burgundy’s Lucien Le Moine. This CDP Blanc is from the 2021 vintage, which yielded stunningly complex, lively, intense white wines. A blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Roussanne and Bourboulenc, it was forged in 100% new oak 500-litre barrels and spent 24 months on the lees.
