Rtvelisi Kisi White Dry Wine 2021

The Kakheti region has seen winemaking take place for thousands of years. The area features Georgia’s red, sandy, calcareous clay ‘cinnamomic’ soils. These soils are known to encourage great depth of fruit flavour and impart a definitive mineral complexity to the wines. This one is floral, fresh and creamy, with mango, peach and pineapple notes alongside bright, fresh acidity. Pair with fish.
