Saint-Roch Corbarol Côtes du Roussillon 2025

A blend of Grenache Blanc and Roussanne, this wine is pale lemon in the glass, with lime-green reflections. It’s fresh on the palate, with a round mouthfeel, notes of lemon zest and honeysuckle, and hints of baked brioche bun on the finish. Pair with salmon sashimi or mussels.
