Schloss Johannisberg Rotlack Riesling Kabinett 2021

The 2021 vintage was certainly challenging for dry riesling, but for Kabinett it was excellent. This is a very exciting, barely off-dry riesling with a stunning interplay of racy acidity, fine peach fruit, lemony freshness and a hint of savory at the very long wet-stone finish.
