Silica White is carefully crafted from 50% Rabigato, 40% Viosinho, and 10% Arinto and fermented in stainless steel. Vibrant aromas of citrus and stone fruit are evident on the nose, with subtle grapefruit and mineral notes. It is light and lively on the palate, with persistent minerality and a pleasantly long finish.
