Simi Chardonnay 2022

Simi was founded in 1876, and the cellars that were built in 1890 are still in use today. This Chardonnay shows apple, pear, melon, citrus, tropical fruit, sweet oak spice, toast, vanilla, baking spice and mineral. Crisp and pleasing, it’s ideal for grilled seafood or mushroom skewers seasoned with tamari and balsamic vinegar.
