Zakinthino is a rare varietal grown on the islands of Zakynthos and Kefalonia. The expressive aromas and flavours suggest white-fleshed fruit, citrus, flowers, herbs and a touch of saline minerality. It’s rich and lively, with well-balanced flavours on the palate. Excellent with seafood, white meat and buttery sauces.
