This is a new wine from a new project by Dan Rabinovitch and winemaker Marco Piccoli. It’s crafted to showcase Vidal’s sweet side, with the juice seeing some skin contact to create an orange hue. Expect a light, floral, crisp wine with apple and citrus tones.
