This Grüner Veltliner matured on the lees for six months. It opens with vibrant aromas of gooseberry, fresh pea pod and grapefruit layered with exotic notes of kumquat. A warm vintage heightened the tropical elements, which unfold with increasing complexity as the wine breathes. Striking minerality underscores a finish sprinkled with white pepper.
