From three vineyards, two more than 40 years old, in cooler, high elevation parts of the Eden Valley; hand picked, whole-bunch pressed and fermented cool. Opens with a perfumed bouquet of white flowers and citrus blossoms, the palate tracking with exemplary analysis and purity.
