This off-dry Riesling from Ann Sperling’s BC outpost is open and fragrant, with lovely green apple, citrus, orchard blossoms, and a distinctive chalky minerality. It nicely manages the fine balance between finesse and power. Sip with spicy pork or pad Thai.
