Hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes from Stonebridge Estate are vinified in oak with minimal intervention and matured for almost two years in new and used French oak barrels. It unfolds with aromas of apple, citrus and spice, leading to a creamy palate of ripe orchard fruit, spice and vanilla with a vibrant finish.
