This complex, ripe, intense Sauvignon Blanc is fermented with wild yeasts. It shows peach, nectarine and lemon, with touches of honey, smoky spices, garden herbs and mineral. Long and classically Marlborough, it will pair with goat cheese and salmon and will drink through 2028+.
