Stratus Chardonnay VQA 2025

This wine was sourced from mature vines that were part of the original Stratus plantings dating back to 1985. Crafted in a mix of neutral oak and stainless steel, it opens up with aromas of lemon oil, wet stone, hazelnut, gingersnap, fresh cream and freesia, while the palate delivers ripe pear, baked apple and spice, all lifted by brilliant acidity.
