Tabalí Talinay Caliza Chardonnay 2023

This chardonnay is lightly salty, limey and chalky, with incredible depth and purity. It’s stony and austere but so engaging, full of minerals that contribute to its texture and volume. It has fullness but not fleshiness, and good length. So idiosyncratic. The chalkiness is like finely ground eggshells and seashells on your palate. Fermented in used barrels. 12.5% alcohol.
