Tawse Grower’s Blend Riesling 2023

The newly named “Growers Blend’ riesling has a classic flavour profile … ripe green and yellow apples and pears, lemons, and limes. The palate is medium bodied, with some flesh and weight to it, as also some sweetness, balanced and lifted by firming acidity. Flavourful and balanced, this riesling should pair well with spicy, chilli-infused, even slightly sweet sauces like khao soi or paneer makhani. Tasted February 2026.
