Beautifully composed and splendidly complex, the wine shows crunchy apple, fresh fig, jalapeno and lemon peel characters with nuances of oatmeal and beeswax. The powerfully concentrated palate displays excellent focus and drive, combined with finely textured mouthfeel and bright acidity, finishing impressively long and engaging. At its best: now to 2029.
