The Roost at Red Wing Frontenac 2024

Frontenac Blanc was developed in 2012 and has excellent resistance to cold and disease. It can produce dry, sweet and sparkling wines, as well as Icewine. Notable flavours include citrus, peach, green apple, pineapple, tropical fruit and mineral. Here, it’s blended with Frontenac Gris to make a truly unique wine. Fresh and dynamic, it’s great with seafood, grilled chicken and salads.
