First produced as part of the celebrations to mark the 20th anniversary of The Hip’s classic album Trouble at the Henhouse, this wine has been in heavy rotation at Vintages ever since. It’s rich and layered, with ripe apple, peach, lemon and pineapple along with oak spice and vanilla. Buttery, long and fresh, it’s a wine with broad appeal. Try it with grilled chicken breasts.
