A complex, textural Riesling showing honey, wax, lanolin, stone fruit with plenty of intensity. The palate is dry, high in acidity with intense lime, green apple, lemon, a slight pithiness and a long, powerful finish. Gold Medal winner at the 2022 National Wine Awards of Canada. Score – 93.
