This blend of Xinomavro and Malagousia comes from Decanter’s 2022 Rising Star recipient, Apostolos Thymiopoulos. Thymiopoulos is almost single-handedly responsible for the global excitement around Naoussa and Xinomavro. This refreshing white has suggestions of white flowers, peach, lemon and jasmine.
