Made from 100% Sémillon grown on vines over 70 years old, this wine was fermented with native yeast and spent six months in French oak. Expect a perfumed wine showcasing ripe papaya, honey, orange blossom and vanilla notes with a bright, balancing acidity. Pour with fatty fish or pork.
