Aged on lees in stainless steel for five months, this pithy, unwooded Sauvignon Blanc comes from Tokara’s estate in Elgin. Green herb and mangetout flavours are complemented by mouth-watering acidity and a stony, mineral-etched finish. Drink date: 2024-2026. Score – 92.
