Tsimbidi Kydonitsa 2023

Very pale lemon in the glass with aromas of bright pear, citrus and quince. Plenty of freshness on the palate with some delightfully grippy texture on the finish almost pear-like in its crunchiness. Moreish with a tiny aniseed twist to keep the finish flourishing. Drinking window: 2025-2026. Score – 91. (Olly Smith, decanter.com, April 10, 2025)
