Product Details
This dynamic Chardonnay was wild fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 10 months before being blended and returned to the barrel for a further six months. This process gives the wine a rich, caressing mouthfeel, but the acidity is so bright and lively that it feels weightless at the same time. Long, with apple, lemon, wood spice, honey, and a shapely mineral note.
