This single-block Chardonnay is fermented in neutral oak, using wild yeast, aged for 16 months and bottled unfiltered. Beautiful, fresh mineral notes with citrus pear and apple fruit. Fresh and mouth-filling with great balance and elegance on the palate; medium-bodied with a soft and lengthy finish. Perfect with lobster.
