Orchard in a meadow comes to the olfactory mind first, but is further enhanced on the nose by the emergence of ripe gooseberry and fresh green herbs. It’s sweeter than the Steffensberg but slowly and surely the residual sugar is diverted to the back of the palate, making way for crisp apple, mouth-watering gooseberry and crunchy peach, supported by exquisite herbal and mineral touches.
