Rings of Saturn, the new hazy New England style IPA from Toronto’s High Park Brewing, offers flavours of mango, stone fruit and citrus. A blend of Citra and Galaxy hops, it is full-bodied with a balance of tropical fruit and bitterness. Great with fish tacos, grilled tuna with mango salsa or chicken Vindaloo.
