Ernest’s flagship cider is crafted in small batches in Ontario with seven varietals of locally farmed and pressed apples, a touch of pure local honey, and organic cane sugar. It bursts with crisp apple flavours, fine carbonation, and a well-balanced mouthfeel. Notes of honey and citrus linger on the finish.
