Walkerville Brewery was founded by Hiram Walker, famous distiller of Canadian Club whisky. His Purity pilsner is brewed under stringent regulations set out in the German Purity Law . Using Hallertau hops lends floral and clove aromas to the beer followed by subtle grain and pear notes. The finish is dry and crisp.
