Chimay Triple, called “Cinq Cents” was developed by Father Théodore in 1966, making it the most recent of Chimay’s recipes. This strong blond beer boasts notes of raisin, citrus peel and clove balanced by bitter hop notes and aromas. Enjoy this dry, Trappist brew alongside lighter cheeses or grilled fish.
