Refined and harmonious, this wine comes across with ripe red and black fruit aromas and flavours. The palate has smooth, even rather creamy, tannins giving a supple, gently chewy feel without dryness. Aromatically expressive, it combines those red fruits with floral notes lifted by subtle orange rind freshness. Mid palate juiciness and freshness has been aided by the estate’s cooler limestone sub-soils. An elegant wine with very good length and a sense of understated depth. Drinking window: 2030-2044.
