Idaia Winery was founded by two oenologists with a mission to showcase unique Cretan grape varieties, such as Kotsifali, used in Fresco Rosso. Fresh aromatics feature notes of blackberry and plum, with hints of herbs and pepper. It’s juicy and harmonious, with soft tannins and a fruity finish. Pairs well with chicken.
