Jackson-Triggs Entourage Grand Reserve Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc VQA 2015

This captivating bubbly Savvy spent a full year ageing en tirage (on the lees) to extract body, flavour and aromatics without overpowering the delicate aromasof the variety. The result is a beautifully herbaceous wine with a gorgeous texture, creamy mousse and hints of fresh vanilla, green apple, gooseberry and snap peas.
