Dark liquorice and blackcurrant on the nose with some dark chocolate. Tangy and lively, an instant buzz from the acidity with freshly picked, almost tart strawberries and cranberries but with a soft, creamy, smooth texture that balances out the expression. Fun, friendly, juicy and crisp – still a lot of tension and drive here but this will soften and settle a little over ageing. Really fine and approachable – easy drinking. I like this a lot. 3.53pH.
