Dark Mahogany in colour. Aventinus Eisbock follows a special recipe and is matured using a distinctive freezing process. Intense aromas of spicy plum, banana, clove and almonds complement the flavours with notes of bitter almond and marzipan. Pair it with chocolate crepes and coffee cake or enjoy with sharp cheeses.
